When refunds apply
- Within 7 days of project start, if first draft doesn't meet your expectations after one revision attempt.
- If we fail to deliver within 200% of agreed timeline (e.g., a 7-day project not delivered by day 14) without prior written extension agreement.
- If the delivered work is materially different from what was agreed in the written scope.
When refunds don't apply
- After day 7 of project start.
- After project has been marked "complete" by both parties.
- Delays caused by client (late feedback, missing content, scope changes, non-response beyond 72 hours).
- Third-party costs already incurred (domain, hosting, premium plugins, ad spend).
- Monthly retainer fees after the service month has begun.
How to request a refund

- Briefly describe what went wrong. We value honest feedback.
- We respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
- Refund goes back to your original payment method.
Dispute resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, we'll discuss and aim for mutual resolution. If unresolved, either party can pursue grievance through the appropriate consumer forum under Indian law.
