By using Payever's website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Payever provides IT services including website development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, and related services. All services are delivered on a fixed-price, fixed-scope basis agreed in writing before work begins.
Changes to agreed scope mid-project require a written change order. Additional costs may apply. Two rounds of revisions are included in every project; additional revisions charged at ₹500/hour.
Timelines quoted are best estimates based on timely client feedback. Delays caused by client (late content, delayed approvals, scope changes) may extend delivery. We commit to daily communication via WhatsApp throughout.
On final payment, full intellectual property rights to deliverables transfer to the client. Payever retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless the client specifically requests confidentiality (NDA available).
We warrant services will be performed professionally. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages.

Both parties agree to keep confidential business information shared during projects. An NDA can be signed for sensitive projects on request.
Either party may terminate for material breach with 15 days written notice. Payment for work completed up to termination date is due. Files delivered up to that point remain with the client.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the registered office location.
